Please do NOT — I repeat — do NOT underestimate the simplicity of the assignments.
The reason for the assignments are to build habits that will allow you to do things easier.
This is much like trying to start to ride a bicycle.
You’re gonna fall and it’s gonna be difficult and unnatural to you.
In order for your mind and body to become used to doing SUCCESSFUL HABITS that entrepreneurs do on a daily basis, you have to start out with basics.
That is the entire intention of these exercises — and that is to start with the building blocks to the basics of fundamental skills that will create long term success.
If you and your mind dismiss this stuff as TOO simplistic, then you are obviously looking for something that will give you some sort of instant results, which is impossible because that type of success doesn’t exist and it is yet to be discovered.
The moment something is discovered, even in the internet marketing arena, someone finds a way to exploit it for profit, then essentially destroys said tactic from the exposure to those people who do not respect the discovery or weakness in a search engine’s algorhythm.

Do you have any advise in cases my affiliates in the foreign country? For example I am in Canada and they are in Japan, their web sites are in Japanese and offerings are for Japanese?
Yes, I have some advice for you and your Japanese affiliates.
What I would do is setup a WordPress blog and type everything in English and make sure to have a WordPress plugin that translates to different languages.
One that I recommend is:

It’s got a fast translation and you will have the ability to communicate with your Japanese affiliates — although it be machine translation, it’s better than nothing.
This way, you can create material to help your affiliates, so they can then at least know what they need to do — and in fact, you can use the blog to train them.
What you really want to do is have someone in your organization come forward (or call them out) and have them take over translation for either some mention of their site or some sort of publicity.
You would not believe how many people are willing to volunteer and help your cause while they are helping their own as an affiliate as well.
An ultimately great way to get yourself a leader in another country to head affiliate relations.
